Kia ora.
We are learning that Basic Punctuation means that you have a capital letter at the start of a sentence, and a full stop, question mark or exclamation mark at the end of every sentence when you do a piece of writing. I wrote about caterpillars.
Caterpillar in the garden
A a caterpillar turns into crisciles then butterfly
There are different types of caterpillars in the wor
Eat vegetables
Really caterpillers
Pick caterpillars and throw them away
I hate caterpillers
Lovery caterpillers
Lovery buttterflys
Enough caterpillers
Really beautiful caterpillers

You have some good ideas about caterpillars and some not so good ideas. We can talk about the not so good ideas in class. Lines 3 and 7 of your acrostic poem are complete sentences so they should have a capital letter at the end. You have a capital letter at the start of each of your lines which is how acrostic poems are structured so that is good. You have a few other mistakes in grammar and spelling. Remember, when you publish a piece of writing, there should be no mistakes at all.
